After Adding the Quote Name to the Contact Start Adding Products to the Quote

The Quote should become a Purchase Order

Add Products, map the Products down to the Customer’s Asset, and the Serial Number of the Product used to server the customers’ needs
The Serialized Product can be tracked through Return Material Authorizations from Product Warrantee to serving your customer

If a new product is part of the quote it will require creating a Product and adding the Product to a Price List
Activate the Quote to Lock the Pricing of the Quote, once the Quote pricing is locked it can be turned into an Order

Create an Order from the Activated Quote
